Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the products, photos, logos, trademarks and other material you send us.
You let us use that material only to make and deliver your order, and to improve our quality checks. We don't show your work publicly without your written OK.
What you get
Once an order is delivered and paid, you may use the delivered images, videos and copy for any lawful purpose, including listings, ads, social media and your website.
Our images are made with the help of AI tools and reviewed by people. You're responsible for checking that listings using them meet each marketplace's rules and are accurate.
Credits and payment
Credits are bought in advance. 1 credit is worth $1 at the base price. Paid credits don't expire. Promotional credits expire as stated when given (normally 90 days) and have no cash value.
Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it, or under the 24-hour guarantee below.
The 24-hour guarantee
We deliver each order within 24 hours of a complete order: all required photos and details provided, and payment received. If we miss that, the credits for that order are returned to your account.
Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions, each delivered within 24 hours of your request. Further rounds may cost extra.
What we can't promise
We don't promise any specific sales or ranking results. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
